Early Learning Lodge

Designed by Anderson Shirley Architects and built by Triplett Wellman Contractors, the Grand Ronde Early Care and Education complex creates a welcoming environment for young learners. Massive wooden beams frame the entrance, evoking the warmth and familiarity of a ski lodge while grounding the building in natural materials.

Inside, corridor floors flow with blue and tan tile patterns reminiscent of a river, guiding movement through the building. Roof-integrated windows bring daylight deep into the interior, ensuring bright, engaging spaces even on overcast Pacific Northwest days.
