Salem Rise

The Cartwright Building, designed by CB TWO Architects and built by FXG Construction, introduces much-needed multifamily housing to the central core of Salem, Oregon. Rising five stories, the project strengthens the urban fabric while offering residents immediate access to downtown amenities and views across the city.

Inside, light-filled studio apartments emphasize efficiency without sacrificing comfort. Photographing the building highlighted its role not just as housing, but as an investment in a more connected and livable downtown Salem.
