Stage Presence
The new Wilsonville High School auditorium by Kraft Masonry is a compelling example of how contemporary design can elevate educational spaces. A light-filled foyer with floor-to-ceiling glazing and a soaring two-story ceiling creates an inviting transition from campus to performance space, drawing visitors inward before revealing the darker, more intimate theater interior.
This contrast between brightness and enclosure heightens the experience of arrival and performance alike. Photographing the space emphasized how material choices and volume work together to support both community gathering and focused artistic expression.
